Analisis Persepsi Guru Sekolah Dasar Terhadap Pembelajaran dan Penilaian Matematika Berbasis HOTS
Abstract
Pembelajaran dan penilaian berbasis Higher Order Thinking Skills (HOTS) menjadi tuntutan penting dalam Kurikulum Merdeka untuk mengembangkan kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa Sekolah dasar (SD). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis secara komprehensif persepsi serta dinamika implementasi guru SD terhadap pembelajaran dan penilaian berbasis HOTS dalam pembelajaran matematika di SD Kabupaten Bone. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan metode campuran (mixed methods) dengan desain sequential explanatory. Data kuantitatif dikumpulkan melalui penyebaran angket skala Likert 4 pilihan kepada 85 orang guru SD di Kabupaten Bone. Data kualitatif dikumpulkan melalui analisis dokumen perangkat pembelajaran (Modul Ajar dan instrumen soal matematika) serta wawancara semi-terstruktur terhadap 12 orang guru SD. Hasil analisis statistik deskriptif menunjukkan bahwa persepsi akumulatif guru berada pada Kategori Tinggi (3,05). Analisis dokumen memperlihatkan bahwa 66,7% guru telah mampu merancang tujuan pembelajaran berbasis HOTS, namun hanya 33,3% yang berhasil menyusun instrumen penilaian/soal matematika berkarakteristik HOTS secara sahih. Hasil wawancara memperjelas bahwa hambatan utama bersumber dari miskonsepsi guru yang menyamakan soal HOTS dengan soal rumit/panjang, rendahnya literasi numerasi dasar siswa SD, serta minimnya pelatihan praktis pembuatan kisi-kisi soal HOTS matematika. Triangulasi data menegaskan perlunya reorientasi pelatihan pedagogi matematika berbasis coaching terstruktur di tingkat Kelompok Kerja Guru (KKG).
